This window channel balance is designed for non-tilt windows and includes pre-installed winged guides for fast installation.
Available in sizes from 19 inches to 43 inches, all within Strength 40 (FA Series). Compatible with most non-tilt residential windows using channel balances.
How to Read Your Balance (IMPORTANT)
Channel balances use stamped numbers that may NOT match the exact length.
Examples:
• 18-40 = 19 inch balance
• 18-4 = 19 inch balance
Both formats (18-40 and 18-4) represent the same balance.
The stamped number determines the correct replacement, not just the length.
